Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received the wrong book or product.
• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product delivered is substantially different from what you ordered.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories (if applicable)
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• E-books or downloadable digital products.
• Gift cards or vouchers.
• Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
• Books damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products with missing pages or damage caused after receipt.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number.
• Send clear photographs showing the issue.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

• The same title (if damaged or defective).
• The correct product (if the wrong item was delivered).
• Another product of equal value, subject to stock availability and our approval.

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is generally not possible, and the order must follow the return procedure, if eligible.

If a customer refuses delivery of a confirmed order without a valid reason, we reserve the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders or require advance payment for future purchases.
